Overview

Volume Control Dampers (VCDs) are essential components in HVAC systems, designed to regulate and balance airflow within duct networks. By adjusting the damper blades, the VCD allows precise control of air volume distribution to ensure efficient ventilation and indoor comfort.

At Pearl Industries LLC, we design and manufacture high-quality VCDs engineered for durability, performance, and easy installation across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Each VCD is crafted from premium materials such as galvanized iron, stainless steel, or aluminum, ensuring strength and long-term reliability. The dampers are engineered with smooth-operating blades that can be adjusted manually or automatically to achieve the desired airflow.

Design and Construction

Applications

Volume Control Dampers are commonly used in a wide range of projects, including office buildings, hospitals, malls, residential towers, factories, and other industrial facilities. They play a key role in balancing air across multiple zones, helping HVAC systems deliver consistent performance and maintaining comfortable temperatures throughout the space.

The insulated door panel, along with the gasketing between the door and fran1e assures a tight seal without obstruction in the air system. Insulated access doors are designed to provide entry to duct work for inspection and service of fire dampers and other equipment, they are available with either a re1novable or hinged door in sizes up to 24″x24″.

Access Panels of 1 inch thickness with double walled and mineral wool insulation. Designed to provide access to fire dampers, volume control dampers filters etc., self tightening cam-locks 2 per unit upto 14 inch, 4 per unit on larger sizes.

Key benefits include:

  • Door Panel
  • Frame
  • Camlocks
  • Continous Hinged
  • Gasket
  • Mineral Wool Insulation
